Cancellation Policy

If You Need To Cancel

A $200 deposit must be paid to lock in your trip. The remaining balance is due at the conclusion of your trip. During our prime season (September–March), we require 30 days’ notice of cancellation to receive your deposit back. During the summer season (April–August), we require 14 days’ notice of cancellation to receive your deposit back. After these periods, the deposit is non-refundable. Any cancellations within 72 hours of the booking start time will require full payment of the remaining balance due to the short notice and the inability to backfill the booking.

If You Need To Reschedule

If you need to reschedule your trip, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you on a future date.

If There Is Bad Weather

While having fun is our number one priority, we must also respect the laws of Mother Nature. Sometimes, safety takes precedence over fun. Our guides fully reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a trip due to dangerous weather conditions. Trips will not be canceled due to cold temperatures or snow (provided the roads are safe for both parties). If you can fish, you will fish.
